Ordered a cover from this company 8yrs. ago, now I need a new one. The plastic or vinyl wrap that encases the foam finally failed. I will order from this company again...8yrs..this cover lasted while the prior one lasted 3yrs. and that company is no longer in business.

Don’t buy from this company!! The covers don’t last and they are not worth the price!! They don’t work with you either!!

How much clearance is needed between the hot tub and a wall? Can the cover be opened from the side (as opposed to pulling from the back as shown in the video)?

Really? I came here for product information on "Replenish" and got only a store promo. Boo!

DON'T BUY A HOT TUB COVER FROM THESE CROOKS!! They offer a five-year “Peace of Mind” warranty but the top-of-the-line cover we bought from them (“The Works”) lasted just over two years (the stitches came loose, rips formed in the inner plastic lining, the foam got waterlogged and the cover became impossible to lift). They replaced it that first time but charged us $150 to ship a new one. When the replacement cover also fell apart in just over two years-in exactly the same way-they refused to replace it, even even though it was still covered by the five-year warranty. At first they claimed that the second cover failed due to improper cleaning products. When we told them what products we used (the right ones), they turned around and started claiming that the problem was improper water chemistry (without testing the water, of course). Needless to say, either excuse can be used to get out of any and all warranty claims. Don't be fooled by the A+ rating the Better Business Bureau gives them. There was no indication that the BBB even read the meaningless, generic and untrue excuses Hot Tub Works provided before closing our complaint-over our objections-as “administratively resolved." (I wish it had been that easy for me to get an A+ in college.) The BBB seems to be only interested in how much money they can collect from companies. I’ll never trust their ratings again. If you decide to buy a cover from Hot Tub Works, be aware that you’ll be lucky to get more than a couple of years’ use out of it, that they’ll weasel out their warranty, and that if you complain to the BBB, they’ll call Hot Tub Works’ one-size-fits-all, evidence-free excuses "a good faith...effort to resolve the issues."

Quick question, I have a 2005 c series cal spa with led lighting all the way around the water line plus a lower led light in the water. Today the lights started changing without hitting the button. I unplugged the lighting from the circuit board while the spa was running than plugged it back in. Nothing is working now No lights will turn on. Do you have any remedies I could try?

Looks the the guy that left a comment on your video is mad enough to open his own youtube account just to leave a comment on your video (as he has 0 views and 0 subs on his own channel). A lot of hot tub manufacturers make a big fuss about why their hot tub is better than everyone elses, but at the end of the day there are many fine hot tubs on the market with different filtration systems all of which work just fine. Get a ezcleanfilter and no more fooling around with throw aways. I would never go back ,saves me tons of money and time.

Can you adjust the height on this so it does not stand up so high and block the view once it is folded open and standing beside the hot tub ?

This so called replacement system is junk. It is a smaller filter and in no way cleans as well as my eco pur did. Not only that, it blew out my pressure sensors in my tub because it was not the right part for the tub. I hope Master spas sues you for this false information and no one else falls for this scam!!!!!! By tying to save a few dollars on these fake eco pures it cost me a $300 service call.
